Inasmuch as the Regional Development Council for the Bicol Region has already been organized and is now operational, and since the continued operation of the Bicol Development Planning Board, which was abolished by Presidential Decree No. 1, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1-A, will only result in duplication of functions and unnecessary expenditures, I hereby direct that any and all allocations and/or releases of funds for the Bicol Development Planning Board be discontinued and that no further appropriations for said Planning Board be provided. casia
