For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the DECISION of the Court En Banc, promulgated on January 16, 1986 in Adm. Case No. 2439, entitled "Jose Diaz vs. Atty. Manuel S. Gerong" ordering the disbarment of respondent Atty. Manuel S. Gerong and striking out by the Bar Confidant of his name from the Rolls of Attorney, to wit:
"We find the recommendation of the Solicitor General justifiable and hereby order the disbarment of respondent Atty. Manuel S. Gerong and striking out by the Bar Confidant of his name from the Rolls of Attorney."
