On November 27, 2013, a dialogue and orientation on the Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases and Environmental Laws will be held at Cagayan State University in Tuguegarao City, organized by Tanggol Kalikasan, Inc. This event targets selected trial court judges and branch clerks from Cagayan and Isabela provinces, focusing on enhancing their understanding of environmental legislation. The initiative is supported by USAID to strengthen environmental law enforcement in key biodiversity areas. Authorized attendees will participate during official time, with their expenses covered by the project, and are required to submit attendance certificates post-event.

The Tanggol Kalikasan, Inc. (A Public Interest Environmental Law Office) will conduct a Dialogue and Orientation on the Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases and Environmental Laws for the selected trial court judges and branch clerks of court stationed within the key biodiversity areas in the provinces of Cagayan and Isabela on November 27, 2013 at the Conference Hall, Cagayan State University-Andrews Campus, Tuguegarao City. The activity will be conducted with the support of the USAID under the project entitled "Reducing Threats to Philippine Biodiversity and Ecosystems through Environmental Law Enforcement Capacity Strengthening".
In connection therewith, the following judges and branch clerks of court are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue and orientation, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
