LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 671
Upon recommendation of the Commission on Elections, and pursuant to Section 2 (4), Article XII (C) of the Constitution, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Commission on Elections to deputize, effective immediately, for the purpose of ensuing free, orderly and honest voting in the election to be held on April 7, 1978, the following:
1. The Commission on Audit, through and including the Acting Chairman thereof;
2. The Government Printing Office, through and including the Acting Director thereof ; casia
3. The Philippine Air Force, through and including the Commanding General thereof; and
4. The Philippine Navy, through and including the Flag Officer-in-Command thereof.
The above named officials shall coordinate with the COMELEC in the performance of their task.
