MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 340
DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO EXECUTE FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES SERVICE CONTRACTS COVERING OIL EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the authority vested in the President to execute contracts and to delegate such authority, for and in behalf of the Republic of the Philippines, under Section 51 (1), Chapter I of the Administrative Code of 1987 and the President's approval authority over service contracts covering oil exploration and development under Section 5 of PD No. 87, authority is hereby given to the Executive Secretary to sign and execute, for and in behalf of the Republic of the Philippines, service contracts covering oil exploration and development in the country. cd
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
