Defining the Territorial Areas of the Regional Trial Courts in Regions One to Twelve

SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 7-83

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 18 of B.P. Blg. 129, the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, and Section 4 of Executive Order No. 864 of the President of the Philippines, dated January 17, 1983, the territorial areas of the Regional Trial Courts in Regions One to Twelve are hereby defined as follows:

First Judicial Region

Abra

1. Branches I and II with seats at Bangued — comprising the whole province.

Benguet

1. Branches II to VII, inclusive, with seats at Baguio City — comprising BAGUIO CITY and the municipalities of Atok, Bokod, Buguias, Itogon, Kabayan, Mankayan, Sablan and Tuba.
