Deferment of the Use of the Revised Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) Form
On March 15, 2012, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) issued Memorandum Circular No. 05-12, deferring the use of the Revised Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) form for the year 2011. This decision was made to allow further review of issues related to the new form. Consequently, government employees are instructed to use the 1994 SALN form, with a filing deadline set for April 30, 2012. Those who have already submitted the SALN using the revised form will still be considered compliant with the requirements.

CSC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-12

Pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 1200480 dated March 15, 2012, the Commission resolves to defer the use of the Revised Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) Form for year 2011, pending the Commission's further review of the different issues pertaining to the said form. ISCaTE
The 1994 SALN Form shall be used for year 2011, the deadline of filing of which is on April 30, 2012. However, those who have already filed the SALN for 2011 using the new form are deemed to have complied with the required submission of the SALN.
