DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS
WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 9, 2009, the City of Bais marks its Charter Day anniversary;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Bais, the opportunity to join in the celebration of this momentous event in their city's political history, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 9, 2009 as special (non-working) day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 9, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Bais. cTDaEH
