Proclamation No. 1804, issued on June 15, 2009, designates July 1, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac. This declaration is made in recognition of the 134th Foundation Anniversary of the municipality, allowing its residents to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. The proclamation is signed by Executive Secretary Eduardo R. Ermita, under the authority of then-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC
WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 1, 2009, marks the 134th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 1, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
