DECLARING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 2010 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA
WHEREAS, Wednesday, April 21, 2010, marks the 9th year anniversary of the City of Calamba; aDHCEA
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Calamba be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, April 21, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Calamba.
