DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 31, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, Tuesday, March 31, 2009, marks the 8th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental; cSIHCA
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 31, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental.
