DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, Thursday, September 17, 2009, marks the 393rd Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting to declare September 17, 2009 as special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 17, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna. TICDSc
