PROCLAMATION NO. 21
DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ILOILO
WHEREAS, on Thursday, 25 August 2016, the City of Iloilo marks its 79th Charter Day;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iloilo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 25 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iloilo.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. AScHCD
