PROCLAMATION NO. 2132
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 1981, AS SAN CARLOS CITY DAY
WHEREAS, San Carlos City will be celebrating its fiesta on Wednesday, November 4, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the residents of said city should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, November 4, 1981 as San Carlos City Day. cd i
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-One.
