PROCLAMATION NO. 123
DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 22, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE
WHEREAS, Tuesday, March 22, 2011, marks the birth anniversary of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo, the First President of the Philippines;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 22, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cavite.
