REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8256
AN ACT DECLARING THE FOUNDATION DAYS AND FEAST DAYS OF THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL AND THE MUNICIPALITIES THEREIN AS SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
SECTION 1. The foundation days and feast days of the Province of Davao Oriental and the municipalities therein are hereby declared as special nonworking public holidays.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on February 13, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
