Republic Act No. 3377, enacted on June 18, 1961, officially designates several barrios in the Municipality of Lupi, Camarines Sur, as duly constituted barrios. The specified barrios include San Vicente, Buenasuerte, Napolidan, and others, totaling 20 in number. This act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 11, 1962. Notably, the act was enacted without the need for Executive approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3377

AN ACT DECLARING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUPI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, AS DULY CONSTITUTED BARRIOS THEREOF

SECTION 1. The barrios of San Vicente, Buenasuerte, Napolidan, San Jose, Sooc, La Purisima, Haluban, Caibigan, Barrera Jr., Tapi, Badas, Bagong-Sikat, Colacling, Tanawan, Lourdes, Belcruz, Alleomar, Salvacion, Tible, Casay, Del Carmen and San Pedro in the Municipality of Lupi, Province of Camarines Sur, are hereby declared as duly constituted barrios of said municipality.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
