DECLARING AUGUST 4, 2007 AS SPECIAL HOLIDAY FOR ALL HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS FOR THE REGISTRATION OF NEW VOTERS
Saturday, August 4, 2007, is hereby declared as special holiday for all high school and college students aged 15-17 by October 29, 2007 for the registration of new voters. DcCHTa
