PROCLAMATION NO. 2038
DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2010 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC
WHEREAS, Monday, April 19, 2010, marks the 12th Cityhood anniversary of the City of Tarlac; HcTSDa
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, April 19, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 14th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
