PROCLAMATION NO. 83
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 7 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes marks the celebration of the "Kaaldawan nin Virac" on Wednesday, 7 December 2016;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 7 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
