PROCLAMATION NO. 114
DECLARING THURSDAY, 5 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUDIN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur will celebrate its 431st Foundation Anniversary on Thursday, 5 January 2017;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 5 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur. TAIaHE
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
