PROCLAMATION NO. 1340
DECLARING SATURDAY, 30 APRIL 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN
WHEREAS, the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan, will mark the celebration of the Bangus Festival during the month of April;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Dagupan to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 30 April 2022, Saturday, be declared a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 30 April 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
