PROCLAMATION NO. 864
DECLARING THURSDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIÑAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, on 28 November 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Piñan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Piñan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 28 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Piñan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 25th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Nineteen.
