PROCLAMATION NO. 99
DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DASMARIÑAS
WHEREAS, the City of Dasmariñas marks the celebration of its Foundation Day on Saturday, 26 November 2016;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dasmariñas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 26 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dasmariñas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
