PROCLAMATION NO. 1103
DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA
WHEREAS, on 26 February 2021, Friday, the City of Zamboanga will mark the celebration of its 84th Charter Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
