PROCLAMATION NO. 1020
DECLARING MONDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, on 21 September 2020, Monday, the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its 449th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 21 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 16th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
