PROCLAMATION NO. 1262
DECLARING MONDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, on 20 December 2021, Monday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of the Pasaway-Handurawan Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 December 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 15th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty One.
