PROCLAMATION NO. 962
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 JUNE 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAPU-LAPU
WHEREAS, on 17 June 2020, Wednesday, the City of Lapu-Lapu will mark the celebration of its 59th Charter Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lapu-Lapu be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 17 June 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lapu-Lapu.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 15th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twent.
