PROCLAMATION NO. 586
DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR
WHEREAS, on 16 October 2018, a Tuesday, the City of Calbayog, Province of Samar, will mark the celebration of its Charter Day; and EcTCAD
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 October 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog, Province of Samar.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 11th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eighteen.
