PROCLAMATION NO. 961
DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 JUNE 2020, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, Tuesday, 16 June 2020, marks the 70th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 June 2020, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 15th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
