PROCLAMATION NO. 304
DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province marks the celebration of its Foundation Day on 16 September 2017;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Bontoc requested that Friday, 15 September 2017 be declared as a special non-working day, instead of 16 September 2017, which falls on a Saturday; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 15 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
