PROCLAMATION NO. 597
DECLARING MONDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALLACAPAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN
WHEREAS, on 15 October 2018, a Monday, the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Allacapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 15 October 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 5th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eighteen.
