PROCLAMATION NO. 787
DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS, on 15 August 2019, Thursday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 15 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan. cSEDTC
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
