PROCLAMATION NO. 1035
DECLARING FRIDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO
WHEREAS, on 13 November 2020, Friday, the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro, will mark the celebration of its 83rd Founding Anniversary and the 18th PASAKA Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 13 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty.
