PROCLAMATION NO. 1209
DECLARING SATURDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUPI, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO
WHEREAS, on 11 September 2021, Saturday, the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 68th Founding Anniversary and the 12th Agten Tufi Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tupi be given full opportunity to celebrate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 11 September 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
