PROCLAMATION NO. 1089
DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR
WHEREAS, on 11 February 2021, Thursday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of the Tinagba Festival, an ancient Bicolano First-Harvest Offering; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 11 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
