REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6266
AN ACT DECLARING MALINDANG MOUNTAIN IN THE ISLAND OF MINDANAO A NATIONAL PARK AND WATERSHED AREA
SECTION 1. Malindang Mountain in the Island of Mindanao is hereby declared a national park and watershed area, without prejudice to rights already acquired and held by private persons in that area. cd i
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
