LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1323
TO : All Agencies of the National and Local Governments Concerned
In order to ensure the successful holding of the Palarong Pambansa '84, there is hereby created a special Task Force for this athletic event composed of the following: cdt

The Task Force shall draw up plans and programs including the raising of the necessary funds for the development, updating and maintenance of sports facilities for the sports event.
This LOI shall take effect immediately.
