GCG MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 2019-02
CREATION OF SIX (6) ENGINEER POSITIONS IN THE NATIONAL ELECTRIFICATION ADMINISTRATION (NEA)
WHEREAS, the National Electrification Administration (NEA) requested the creation of six (6) Engineer positions through the "scrapping" of twelve (12) existing vacant positions in its Field Operations-Management Assistance Group;
WHEREAS, the GCG, pursuant to Section 5 (a) of the "GOCC GOVERNANCE ACT OF 2011" (R.A. No. 10149), is mandated to "evaluate the performance and determine the relevance of the GOCC, to ascertain whether such GOCC should be reorganized, merged, streamlined, abolished or privatized, in consultation with the department or agency to which a GOCC is attached"; HTcADC
WHEREAS, the GCG has determined that it is in the best interest of the State to approve the creation of positions in NEA through "Scrap and Build".
NOW, BE IT —
RESOLVED, that the request for NEA to create positions through the "Scrap and Build Policy" is hereby APPROVED as follows:
