Creation of Certain Barrios in Marinduque
Republic Act No. 3391, enacted on June 18, 1961, establishes new barrios in the Province of Marinduque, Philippines. It converts the sitios of Kay Duque, Mabuhay, Dampulan, and Talawan in Torrijos into corresponding barrios, as well as the sitio of Bambangalon in Boac. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette a year later.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3391
AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE
SECTION 1. The sitios of Kay Duque, Mabuhay, Dampulan and Talawan in the Municipality of Torrijos, Province of Marinduque, are converted into barrios to be known as the barrios of Kay Duque, Mabuhay, Dampulan and Talawan, respectively. cd i
SECTION 2. The sitio of Bambangalon in the Municipality of Boac, same province, is hereby converted into a barrio to be known as the barrio of Bambangalon.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. casia
