Creation of Certain Barrios in Bato, Catanduanes
Republic Act No. 2820, enacted on June 19, 1960, establishes three new barrios within the Municipality of Bato, Province of Catanduanes. The sitios of Mintay, Carorian, and Buenavista are officially designated as Barrio Mintay, Barrio Carorian, and Barrio Buenavista, respectively. The law took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on February 20, 1961. This act was enacted without the need for Executive approval.

June 19, 1960
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2820
AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATO, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES
SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Bato, Province of Catanduanes, are converted into barrios therein, to wit: casia
1. Sitio Mintay to Barrio Mintay;
2. Sitio Carorian to Barrio Carorian; and
3. Sitio Buenavista to Barrio Buenavista.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
