Creation of Barrios Luy-a and Dayhagon in Medellin, Cebu
Republic Act No. 3376, enacted on June 18, 1961, establishes the sitios of Luy-a and Dayhagon as official barrios within the Municipality of Medellin, Cebu. The act designates these areas to be known as the barrios of Luy-a and Dayhagon, respectively. It took effect immediately upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 11, 1962. The law was enacted without the need for executive approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3376
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIOS OF LUY-A AND DAYHAGON IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MEDELLIN, PROVINCE OF CEBU
SECTION 1. The sitios of Luy-a and Dayhagon in the Municipality of Medellin, Province of Cebu, are converted into barrios of said municipality to be known as the barrios of Luy-a and Dayhagon, respectively.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
