Creation of Barrio San Jose in Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte

Republic Act No. 3368, enacted on June 18, 1961, establishes the barrio of San Jose within the Municipality of Polanco, Province of Zamboanga del Norte. It comprises the sitios of Sangaynapo, Caloyan, Napuyan, Bariocan, and Maliwanag, which are organized into a distinct and independent barrio. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 4, 1962. Notably, it was enacted without the need for Executive approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3368

AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SAN JOSE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLANCO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

SECTION 1. The sitios of Sangaynapo, Caloyan, Napuyan, Bariocan and Maliwanag in the Municipality of Polanco, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of San Jose. cd i
