REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1012

AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SAMARINIANA, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN

SECTION 1.  Such part of the barrio of Tanionbog, municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, as bounded on the North by the Tamlang River, with this boundary following the natural course of the Tamlang River up to the mountain; on the West by mountain divide, with this boundary to follow the mountain divide; on the East by the seashore facing the Sulu Sea; and on the South by the Cabcaben River, with this boundary to follow the Cabcaben River from the seashore to the mountain, is hereby segregated from said barrio and constituted into an independent barrio to be known as Samariniana. cd i

SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
