Republic Act No. 1321, enacted on June 16, 1955, establishes the barrio of Masara within the Municipality of Mabini, Province of Davao. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1321

AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF MASARA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO

SECTION 1. The following territory is created as a barrio in the Municipality of Mabini, Province of Davao, to be known as the barrio of Masara. It shall be bounded on the North by the Compostela boundary; on the South by mountain ranges; on the West by sitio Panibasan; and on the East by the Municipality of Caraga.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
