Creation of Barrio Lunotan in Gingoog, Misamis Oriental
Republic Act No. 2837, enacted on June 19, 1960, establishes the barrio of Lunotan in the Municipality of Gingoog, Misamis Oriental. This new barrio is formed by consolidating the sitios of Lunotan, Hinandigan, Kiboco, and Mabuhay. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2837
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF LUNOTAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL
SECTION 1. The sitios of Lunotan, Hinandigan, Kiboco and Mabuhay in the Municipality of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Lunotan.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
