Creation of Barrio Bungahan in Lipa City
Republic Act No. 1324, enacted on June 16, 1955, establishes the barrio of Bungahan in the City of Lipa. The new barrio is formed by separating the sitios of Duhatan, Tagbakin, Initan, Malabong, and Halang from the barrio of Pinagtungolan. This Act took effect immediately upon its approval. The law was published in the Official Gazette in August 1955.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1324
AN ACT TO CREATE THE BARRIO OF BUNGAHAN IN THE CITY OF LIPA
SECTION 1. The sitios of Duhatan, Tagbakin, Initan, Malabong and Halang, all in the barrio of Pinagtungolan, City of Lipa, are separated from the said barrio, and constituted into a separate barrio in the said city to be known as the barrio of Bungahan. casia
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
