Creation of a National School of Arts and Trades in Sto. Niño, South Cotabato
Batas Pambansa Blg. 472, enacted on June 10, 1983, establishes the Sto. Nio National School of Arts and Trades as a secondary vocational school in Sto. Nio, South Cotabato. The school will provide a curriculum focused on vocational trade courses. Funding for its operation and maintenance will be allocated through future General Appropriations Acts, pending its designation as a national high school. The Act took effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 9, 1984.

AN ACT CREATING A SECONDARY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NIÑO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STO. NIÑO NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a secondary vocational school in the Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato, to be known as the Sto. Niño National School of Arts and Trades.
SECTION 2. The school shall offer secondary education curriculum for vocational trade school courses.
SECTION 3. Such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of said school shall be provided in subsequent General Appropriations Acts, until which time the operation of the institution as a national high school shall be deferred.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
