CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS TOTAL CORPORATE CENTER I WHICH SHALL STAND ON THREE PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 10TH AVENUE CORNER KALAYAAN AVENUE, BONIFACIO TRIANGLE, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-205 dated 07 May 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Total Corporate Center I as an Information Technology Center, which shall stand on three parcels of land of the private domain located at 10th Avenue corner Kalayaan Avenue, Bonifacio Triangle, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, containing an aggregate area of Three Thousand Five Hundred Nineteen and 32/100 (3,519.32) Square Meters, more of less, as defined by the following technical description: cHaCAS
