SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 02-11
WHEREAS, the Supreme Court-Office of the Court Administrator, Department of Justice, and Integrated Bar of the Philippines, in partnership with the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI), will create an Ad Hoc Committee on the proposed practice guidelines to Quezon City courts;
WHEREAS, the creation of the Ad Hoc Committee is geared towards the formulation of guidelines in the promotion of speedy and effective disposal of cases;
WHEREAS, the objectives are to serve as a tool for speeding-up case processing, trial and disposition, and to achieve consistency in court actions regarding procedural and practice requirements which are not expressly covered or provided for under the Rules of Court; and
WHEREAS, the Committee mandates to raise the standard of professionalism among law practitioners, both in the private and public sectors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in the interest of the service, the composition of the Ad Hoc Committee shall be as follows: HaIESC
